How Pistas works

1. 1Every day hides one player behind 6 clues, from the vaguest to the one that all but names him.
2. 2You start with the first only. Type a name and pick from what comes up.
3. 3Every miss opens the next clue and costs you a point.
4. 4Naming him off the first clue is worth 6 points. Run out of clues and you score nothing, and he is revealed.

How is it scored?

You start on 6 points and drop one for every clue you have to open. Miss him entirely and you get nothing.

Do the clues get harder?

The other way round. The first are the vaguest and the last all but give him away, like the club he played most for.

Where do the clues come from?

From the game's own data: the goals Golada and Pirámide already use, and the clubs and coaches Wikidata publishes.

What shows when I share my result?

Your whole game: the clues you opened and the names you tried, with the right one marked. Whoever opens the link sees those clues, so share it with someone who has already played.

Can I type any name?

Only players in the game. Type a few letters and the matches come up, accents and all.

Can the same player come up two days running?

No. They rotate, so everyone comes up once before anybody comes round again.

How is this different from Trayectoria?

Trayectoria shows you clubs and years, in order. Here the clues are of every kind: where he is from, how many goals he has, who coached him.

What if I want to play more?

Random mode deals another player, as often as you like.
