How Trayectoria works
- 1Every day brings one player's career, clubs and years, but only the first club is showing.
- 2Type a name and pick from what comes up as you type.
- 3Every miss uncovers one more club, so the sooner you get him the better.
- 4You get 5 misses. Name him or run out and the whole career opens up along with who it was.
FAQ
- Do the clubs come in order?
- Yes, first to last. The later ones nearly always give him away, which is why they come out last.
- What happens if I run out of misses?
- The whole career opens up and you are told who it was. You can go again with what you now know.
- Can I type any name?
- Only players in the game. Type a few letters and the matches come up, accents and all.
- What shows when I share my result?
- Your whole game: the clubs you uncovered and the names you tried, with the right one marked. Whoever opens the link sees that career, so share it with someone who has already played.
- Are loans included?
- Yes, marked as such. They are part of the career and sometimes the clue that was missing.
- Where do the careers come from?
- From Wikidata, which publishes every player's clubs and years. None of it is written by hand.
- Can the same player come up two days running?
- No. They rotate, so everyone comes up once before anybody comes round again.
- What if I want to play more?
- Random mode deals another career, as often as you like.
